Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our contract supplement manufacturing services to supplement brand owners. Your primary focus will be on generating new sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. This role requires exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales growth by actively seeking new business opportunities and consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Identify potential clients and develop a strategic approach to establish and maintain strong customer relationships in the dietary supplement industry.

3. Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.

4. Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, production, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of contracts and exceptional customer experience.

6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our contract supplement manufacturing services.

7. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to sales management on a regular basis.

8. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, production capabilities, and industry regulations to address customer inquiries.

9. Continuously stay updated on emerging trends, new ingredients, and industry innovations to provide customers with relevant insights and recommendations.

10. Act as a brand ambassador of our company during trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our services and generate leads.

Requirements:
